FlowStar Care & Break In
Cleaning Instruction:
We suggest cleaning your FlowStar by hand in the sink with just water, but for stubborn stains, use a gentle soap. Avoid harsh chemicals that may harm the color.
Do not machine wash without using a washing machine protector bag and always wash on gentle COLD with no harsh chemicals.
Important: Flowstars are made of polyester like materials that do not handle heat. NEVER put your Flowstar in the dryer or iron it as it will melt, warp, and will get ruined.
Always dry your Flowstar flat.
Drying flat is the most crucial step in this whole process as the fabric may warp in a non-symmetrical shape if hung.
We recommend laying flat and shaping the star to its intended shape when drying and you can even point a fan at it if you have one to speed things up!
We will not replace damaged Flowstars due to improper cleaning or care procedures.

Flowstar Break In:
When you receive a new Flowstar, it may be a bit tight & stiff when you first use it.
This is completely normal and like all fabric, will need a little time to break in a bit.
Flowing with your Flowstar naturally breaks in your star however we have made a quick tutorial video to help you expedite this process if you are looking to do so down below!
